Hello COR contingent, hope this message finds you all very well.
Just a really quick one to thank all of you who came, supported and disco raved your socks of at our two COR soirées last weekend. The One Eyed Wedding ceremony at the old abandon church on Albert Road was particularly well supported followed by a road block reception at the wonderful One Eyed Dog (thanks Graham for making the COR fam feel so welcome!) with both our very special guest
Bill Brewster and Michael Cook tearing the place down with a wickedly taste cocktail of undergroud disco and old house. Then, with very little or in some cases no sleep, the Albert Road Day closing party was under way with Fabric’s Simon Young playing and blinder of set supported by our very own
Leon Windsor. Highlight in the back room was Big
Mick Hood rising from the dead and pulling out some of the hottest disco and old school house in the civilised world. It was good.
All in all a wicked couple of parties over wicked weekend. Hope all of you had as much fun as all of us here at COR towers.
Next up road trip to Brighton to support the launch of Wolf
Music Records news monthly night on the 10th Oct. More info to follow. Keep your eyes on COR.
Peas.
